He is survived by: his wife Barbara Koelsch; his children, Steven Koelsch (Rebecca) of Chester, NJ and Colleen Koelsch of Mine Hill, NJ; his sister Dorothy Niklos; and his aunt Olga Rogers. He is also survived by nephews and a niece.
