We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2018, at the age of 90, Virginia McGovern (Avon by the Sea, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Philip F. McGovern, Sr.; her son John M. McGovern; and her brother Richard Noel. She is survived by: her children, Jane Dalton (John) of Sayreville, NJ, Elizabeth Cronen (Vincent) of Westfield, NJ and Philip F. McGovern, Jr. (Diana) of Nutley, NJ.; her grandchildren, John Dalton Jr., Carolyn Dellisanti, Kathryn Cronen, William Cronen, Philip McGovern and Madeline McGovern; and her great grandchildren, Liliana Dellisanti and Emilia Dellisanti.
