She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Mastray and Frank Mastray. She is survived by: her husband Theodore A. Grubowski; her children, Denise O'Keefe (John) of Howell, NJ and Theodore A. Grubowski Jr. (Lisa) of Fruit Cove, FL.; her grandchildren, Jonathan O'Keefe (Nicole), Kerilyn O'Keefe, Jessica Grubowski, Alexa Grubowski and Brandon Grubowski; her great grandchild Kayleigh O'Keefe; and her sisters, Joanne Sharrock (James) and Francine Fallon. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Patricia's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl.
