It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Coogan of Avon by the Sea, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Coogan; and her siblings, Arlene Gathercole, Helen Dundon, Joan Shaw and William Murray.
She is survived by: her children, Maryelyn Chapman, Kathleen Calabro (late Anthony), William Coogan (Janet) and Meg Coogan (Douglas Blake); her sister-in-law Catherine Flaherty Murray; her grandchildren, Kelly, Beth, Brian and Patrick; and her great grandchildren, Abby, Anthony, Cameo, Chloe, David, Dylan, Kate, Riley and William. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
