It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Scrimer (Avon by the Sea, New Jersey), born in Maplewood, New Jersey, who passed away on January 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Gilbert Scrimer; his father-in-law Leo Gannon; his wife Linda Scrimer; his children, Andrew John Scrimer of Avon and Victoria Lynn Scrimer of Washington; his mother Alice Scrimer of Bradley Beach; his brother Gregory Gilbert Scrimer of Wilmington; his mother-in-law Mary Gannon; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Gannon (Carolyn) and Donna Gilbertson. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation, 1411 K Street, NW Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005.
