He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McGackin and Irene McGackin (Bryan); his son Dennis K. McGackin, Jr.; and his brother Jack McGackin. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Yockel McGackin; his daughters, Kelly McGackin and Courtney McGackin; his siblings, William McGackin (Jean) and Patricia Gail Preston (Lester); and his sister-in-law Jane McGackin-Maury. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations to the Graeme Preston Foundation for Life, care of 151 Broadway, Freehold, NJ 07728 would be appreciated.
