It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Phillips (Avon by the Sea, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on January 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert J. Phillips; her stepdaughter Janet Gibson; her grandson Bradley Gibson; her sister Constance "Candy" Longabucco (John); and her nephews, Jonathan, Gregory and Andrew Longabucco.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
