He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Garofalo and Nicolas Garofalo; and his wife Luz Garofalo. He is survived by: his children, Corina Harten of Avenel, NJ, Eleana Garofalo of Avenel, NJ, Priscila Garofalo-Ifko of Piscataway, NJ, Rosa Garofalo of Beacon, NY and Laureano Garofalo; and his grandchildren, Alan, William, David, Daniel, Valerie, Alexis and Andres.
Viewing was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home - Avenel (399 Avenel St, Avenel, NJ 07001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Gertrude's Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
