He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Smith and Henry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cornacchia Smith; his daughters, Melissa McGrath of Concord, NC, Stephanie Smith of Avenel and Lindsay Smith of Woodbridge; his siblings, Linda Herrington of Sayreville, Sharon Kantor of Edison and Jeffrey Smith of Edison; his grandchildren, Brenna, Daniella McGrath, Michael and Ryan Doyle; and his pet Rocco.
