He was predeceased by: his parents, Yee Gong Chiu and Foon King Chiu; his daughter Melissa; and his pets, Chance, Rosco and Sheila.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Athena (Nick) and Chris (Sara); his sisters, Lily, Ginny and Amy; his grandson Manny; his son-in-law Matt; his granddaughter Serafina; and also Katie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (399 Avenel St, Avenel, NJ 07001).
