She is survived by: her husband Walter J. Kuzma, Jr.; her children, Lesley Miedowicz (Stephen) and Christopher Kuzma; and her sibling Leslie Macdonald (Mark). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for all donations go to the ASPCA, in memory of her and her love for animals.
