He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Clare Samarya; his daughters, Donnamarie Samarya of Oxford, PA and Michele Samarya-Timm (Andy) of Franklin Park; and his siblings, Katherine Gilligan, Amelia Boel and John Samarija.
