With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria M. Witkowski of Avenel, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 2, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Brown and James Brown; her husband Chester Witkowski; and her siblings, Nancy Rhinehardt, Arthur Brown (Florence), Butchie Brown (Barbara), Jack Brown, Jimmy Brown (Maryanne), Mickey Brown (Peggy) and Walter Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine "Kit" Laughlin (Robert) of Avenel; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Brown of Scotch Plains and George Rhinehardt of Barnegat.
