She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Moynihan and Ida Miller Moynihan. She is survived by: her husband John W. Polcha; her children, Zelda and William A. White (Dianna) of Sarasota, Florida; her grandsons, Zachary Hasselbrink and Tanner Hasselbrink; and her great grandchild Zachary Tyler Hasselbrink, Jr..
