She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurelia Gallagher and Theodore Gallagher; her daughter Nancy Nevins Thompson; her sister Frances Polly; her grandsons, Michael DiLeo and Robert DiLeo; her former husband John Joseph Nevins, Jr.; and her close friend Peter T. Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie DiLeo (Michael) of Fairhope, AL, Theodore Nevins (Kathy) of Belleville, OH, Jack Nevins (Sue) of Avenel and Kelly Layton (Glenn) of Avenel; her grandchildren, Eddie Thompson, Kristen Nevins, John Nevins IV, Raymond Nevins, Nicholas Layton, Michelle Layton, Tyler Layton, Ashley Hindes, Ally Hindes, Shannon Hindes and Kailey Hindes; and her great grandchildren, Quinn Nevins Harrison and Cal Claywell.
