It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Rhoads Waters of Avalon, New Jersey, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Nevin "Nick" Waters, Jr.; her daughter Nora Waters; and her parents, Samuel Rhoads and Regina Rhoads. She is survived by: her sister Grace Rhoads; and her children, Kathy Owsik (Steve), Larry Waters (Beth), Matt Waters (Mary Ellen), Jeanie Kelly (Bob) and Linda Hill (Bill). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
