She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas N. Smith; her parents, Benjamin Broomhead and Mary Broomhead; and her child Thomas F. Smith. She is survived by: her children, James G. Smith, Michael, Lisa Bonner (Joe) and Allison Kasten (David); her grandchildren, Joey, Ryan (Sarah), Danny (Jess), Madison, Cassidy, Noah, Lauryn and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Dawson, Shae, Emma, Melody, Tommy and Zachary.
