He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Sr. Voe and Ella De Voe; and his brothers, Raymond E. Jr. and Douglas De Voe. He is survived by: his wife Jane P.; and his children, Michael P. De Voe (Melinda), Jere P. De Voe, Jr. and Erin P. Moran (Kevin). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
