We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2018, at the age of 44, Jennifer Ann (Audubon, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Fernandez and John Melchert Jr; her grandparents, John Melchert and Emma Melchert; and her pets, Sonny and Scoops.

She is survived by: her close friend Kathleen Capilli; and her cousins, Michelle Capilli, David Capilli and John Michael Moen.

Jennifer will be deeply missed by her family.Jennifer was an avid animal lover, anyone who would like to honor her memory may do so by sending donations to the Animal Adoption Center, Lindenwold NJ https://www.aacnj.org.
