She was predeceased by: her husband Henry B. Jablonski. She is survived by: her children, Henry Robert Jablonski (Patricia) and Jane Jablonski; her grandchildren, Gregory, Christopher and Kimberly; and her great grandchild Brayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Mrs. Jablonski's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
