Christopher Reichel Obituary
On March 28, 2023, Christopher, age 74, passed away at Cooper Hospital in Camden. Born in Germany, Christopher immigrated to the United States at a young age and grew up in Philadelphia. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the US Air Force serving four years during the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge in 1971.
A resident of Audubon for over 46 years, he retired from Clean Harbors Environmental Services. Christopher loved to travel whenever possible yet always returned to Naples Fl and Wildwood Crest which he loved so much. He loved his yard and never met a plant or tree he didn't like.
Something new was always being planted and today is evident by the wildlife population that call the sanctuary their home. Christopher is lovingly survived by his wife, Patricia "Pat" (nee Murphy); his daughter, Susan Ballinger (Husband, David); his son, Christopher Jr.; his grandson, Aaron Ballinger; his brother, Walt Reichel along with his nieces and nephews, Michelle Edwards (nee Reichel), Michelle Dilatush (née Murphy), Thomas Murphy Jr., Michael Murphy, James Murphy and Benjamin Murphy. He was predeceased by his brother, Raymond Reichel.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Wednesday April 12th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Healey Funeral Home, 9 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights where his. Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 AM. Military honors provided by the US Air Force will conclude the services.
