He is survived by: his children, Amanda Kitchen, Christopher Kitchen and Nicholas Kitchen; his grandchild Aiden; his parents, Linda Shay and Albert Kitchen; and his siblings, Patti, Pam, Carrie and Wes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
