He was predeceased by: his wife Rita M. Kosciuk. He is survived by: his children, Mary C. Kosciuk, Eileen M. Whilleson (Michael) and Michael Kosciuk; his granddaughters, Megan M. Mooney and Kaitlyn J. Kosciuk; and his great grandchildren, Siobhan and Liam.
