With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alphonse Koenig (Audubon, New Jersey), born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on April 20, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Koenig and Elizabeth Baron; and his brother-in-law Victor Baron. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Deborah Derengowski (Adam), Kevin Koenig (Danielle) and Donna Koenig; his grandchildren, Adam, Matthew, Rebecca, Jacob, Ava and Ella; his sister Dolores Athey (William); and his siblings-in-law, Rose Koenig, Margaret Luybli (Richard) and Henry Becker (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association at http://www.diabetes.org as he lived with diabetes for over thirty years.
