He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Speakman and Ethel Speakman; and his siblings, Janet Zeyher, Ralph Speakman, Tom Speakman and John Speakman.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Speakman; his pet Libby; his sons, David Jr. (Tracy) of Vineland and Dan (Rachel) of Folsom; his stepchildren, Staci Haaf (Bob) of Berlin and Erik Haaf of Lindenwold; his siblings, Ethel Franks (Joe) and George "Pete" Speakman (Rose); his siblings-in-law, Ed (Marion), John, Rick (Madelyn), LuAnn and Bonnie (Joe); his grandchildren, Mariah, Danny, Tori, Deztiny, Landen, Bobby and Carter; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Camden. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
