He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor M. Baldwin (Ellie); his parents, Janet B. Shafer and Luther G. Baldwin; and his son Danial Warren Baldwin. He is survived by: his daughter Ruth Churak (Tom Churak); his sister-in-law Ginger Baxter (Tom Baxter); his grandchildren, Stephen Maxwell Churak, Kevin Norman Churak and Emily Frances Churak; his niece Brigitte Sanow (Jamie); and his nephew Charlie Shaver (Kathy).
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be given to the Bainbridge Community United Church of Christ, 17751 Chillicothe Rd. Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023.
