It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Osborne of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James J. Osborne; and his sister Linda Osborne. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ann; his daughters, Devyn and Morgan Osborne; the mother of his children Stacey Osborne; his mother Josephine Osborne; and his siblings, James Osborne (Jeannie Pelletier), Diane Bingaman (Mark), Joanne Riordan (William) and Thomas Osborne (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
