He was predeceased by: his father Richard G. Rast Sr. (Barbara Rast). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rast (Klotz); his siblings, Scott Rast (Missy) of Belmar, NJ, Bob Rast (Alice) of Oconomowoc, WI and Sheryl Calvert (Jim) of Navesink, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Cairns, Julia Cairns and Brooke Cairns.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your local Police Departments, St. Jude, or the American Heart Association.
