She was predeceased by: her father George Forrester. She is survived by: her mother Trudy Forrester; her brothers, George and John Forrester; and her children, Emily and JB Kole.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BCRF (Breast Cancer Research Foundation) or Stev's Wish.
