She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Smock (Mickey); her stepfather Jim Smock; her siblings, Dorothy Minchin and Jack Collins; and her pet Patches.
She is survived by: her daughter Patti; her husband Andrew Carlstrom; her children, Patricia Feola (Marc), Robert DeBoer (Kelly) and Andrew Carlstrom; her daughter-in-law Sharon; her son Daniel Carlstrom (Lisa); her grandchildren, Brendan, Brea, Jack Carlstrom, Lucas Feola, Rachel, Terry, Halle Carlstrom, Connor, Ian, Zachary and Shannon DeBoer; her brother Steven Collins (Nancy) of Maryland; her nieces, Emily and Grace; and her brother Michael Collins of California.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lustgarten Foundation and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
