She is survived by: her children, Halloween, Carolyn Bernardi (Giovanni), Andrew Fairbanks (Cher) and Thomas Fairbanks; her grandchildren, Elizabeth "Katie" Bernardi, Johnathon Bernardi and Willow Fairbanks; her sisters-in-law, Zona Hostetler (James) and Linda Dougherty (Edward); her nieces and nephews, Eric Hostetler (David Lublin), Elizabeth Jarr (Kevin), Catherine Braem (Doug), Amanda Dougherty, Edward Dougherty and Matthew Whiddon; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Burk Jarr, Charlie Jarr, Jude Jarr, Jack Braem, Isabel Braem and Briana Whiddon; her sister-in-law Suellen Fairbanks; and her nephew Randy Hostetler.
