She was predeceased by: her husband George Chase; her sister Billie; her brother-in-law Doug Szafranski; and her parents, Ursula Bennett and William "Bill" Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Noelle Crowell (Michael) of Alexandria, LA, Kris Frazier (Anthony) of Atlantic Highlands, NJ and Noah Seaman of Manahawkin, NJ; her stepdaughters, Sarah Chase (Timi), Laura Keller (Stephen) and Abigail Galardi (Erik); and her brother Bob Bennett (Brad) of New Milford, CT..
