It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan S. Thacker of Atlantic City, New Jersey, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Thacker and Louise J. Thacker (Matheson). She is survived by: her husband Neal Aitken; her stepdaughter Sarah Marie Aitken (Sriram "Ram"); and her siblings, William Thacker (Carol), Ann Hopp (late Keith) and Shirley Thacker (Boris). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her family requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Susan's memory to the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, P.O. Box 773, Brigantine, NJ 08203 and/or the American Bulldog Rescue at P.O. Box 518, Newtown, PA 18940.
