She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ethel Hamilton, Doris Marshall, Thelma 'Sissy Jones, Theresa Cutler and William Cutler.

She is survived by: her son Ronald 'Peanut Scott, Jr. (Beatrice); her grandchildren, Ronald Scott, III, Bilaal Lewis, Aniyah Lewis, Janee and Jasmine Browne; and her friends, Rosie Mitchell, Carol Terry and Margaret Sanders. She is also survived by three great-grandsons; three great-granddaughters.
