He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isabel Herring, and Robert F. Herring, Sr.; his nephews, Brian and Mark; his niece Tracie; his son Robert Anthony Herring; his daughter-in-law Maria Herring; his grandchildren, Samantha, Tony, Iyanah and Nina; his great grandchildren, Dakari, Immanuel and RJ; and his siblings, Rodney Spencer and Deborah Johnson. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
