He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilberto and Teresa; and his brothers, Salvatore, Ottaviano and Bonaventura (Nino).
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Antonietta Provenzano, Lisa Wineland (Guy) and Ottaviano Provenzano (Jeanine); his sisters, Antonia of Italy, Emma of Italy and AnnaMaria of Italy; his grandchildren, Linden, Lily, Parker and Luca; his niece AnnaMaria; his great-nephew Bobby; and his great-niece Victoria. He is also survived by his family, friends and neighbors.
