He is survived by: his wife Tricia Collins; his daughter Erin Collins; his siblings, Pat Lee, Alice Barber, Neil Collins and John Parker Sr.; his close friends, Judy, Bill Tracy, Alice Haynes, Michele Clark, Paul Bubeck, Cate Bubeck, Val, Michael, Kelsey, Matt Herron, Patsy, Charlie Fox, Joseph, Emily Clark, Fred Ellenburg, Bob Christensen, Artie, Andrew Kurtz, Tucker Mora, Rob, Justin Hawes, George, Pat, Ryan Mullin, Johnny Parker, Tuc, Chris, Joe Macaluso, Sebastian and Andres Angulo; and his pet Tedward. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
