She is survived by: her caregivers, Spencer Height and Sarita Harris; her son Winfield A. Jay Jr. (Kimberly); her stepdaughters, Dana Jackson, Rhonda Rogers and Michele Blackman; and her caregiver Monique Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
