He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dougherty and Anna Dougherty; and his sister Ann Marie Ballak. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (McCabe); his daughters, Erin and Kelly (Cory); his brother William (Billy Doc); his brothers-in-law, Francis Ballak, John McCabe (Marion) and Joseph McCabe (Dolly Ann); and his granddaughter Harper. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
