He is survived by: his wife Tina Hogans; his child Rashema Smiley (Chucky); his grandchildren, Jaire, Jayla, Jaden and Jordan of Waldorf, MD; his child Jameal Gould, Sr.; his grandchildren, Jamya, Jameal Jr. and Aaron of Mardela Springs, MD; his children, Mahogany Hogans of Atlantic City, NJ and Laeasha Kellam (Brian); his grandchildren, Brian Jr., Malik and Layla of Mardela Springs, MD; his son James Gould-Hogans (Rose); his grandchildren, Jayda, Jaleah, Malani and Athena of Atlantic City, NJ; his siblings, Dorothy Seney, Michael Seney, Theresa Brown and Walter Seney; his sisters-in-law, Nadine Hogans-Snow (Jerry), Michelle Hogans (Jackson) and Christal Hogans-Snow (Larry); and his goddaughter Iesha Hogans. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins, friends.
