He was predeceased by: his sister Ellen Ruley Ferris; and his mother Barbara Ruley. He is survived by: his father Allen Dennis Ruley; his siblings, Mary Moyer (Michael), Bridget Sauve (John), Michael Ruley and Jennifer Cibotti (John); and his close friend Bernadette Tully-Pollack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, an aunt, several cousins, and friends.
