She was predeceased by: her mother Elvira Cesario (Rizzuto); her husband Mario J. Formica; her father Joseph Cesario; her siblings, Michael Cesario and Josephine Kingsbauer; and her grandson Richard Link.
She is survived by: her friends, Ralph, Fuzzy Sacco and Sack-O-Subs; her children, Rosanne Link, Frank (Amy), Joseph, Mario and Dominick Formica; her grandchildren, Donna Lynn McKeon, Rachel Formica, Marie Formica, Frank L. Formica, Michele Link, Mario Formica, Jr. and Danielle Formica; and her sister-in-law Anne Formica. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
