He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne Allard; his daughters, Christine and Karen; his son-in-law Michael; his son Thomas; his daughter-in-law Lori; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Catherine and Rachel; and his great grandchild Gabrielle.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in his memory to the Providence College – Angel Fund, 1 Cunninghman Square, Providence, R.I. 02918.
