He was predeceased by: his brother Mark (David). He is survived by: his brother Ronald Johnson (Anne); his sister-in-law Patricia Johnson; his nieces, Shara, Kimberly, Karen, Melissa, Rebecca and Samantha; his nephew Stephen; his goddaughter Becky; and his friends, Bonnie Jean Rohloff, Paul, Michele Zurzolo and Bill Eisenhardt.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tommy's name can be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude's Research Hospital for Children.
