He was predeceased by: his father Thomas L. Hawkins, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Vezza (Koegler); his siblings, Lynda McCollum (Dan), Susan Olsack (Frank Jr) and Bethann Grasso (Frank); his uncle Danielle; and also, Matt, Sammy, Glenn and Timmy. He is also survived by son, brother.
