It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tecolia Salters (Atco, New Jersey), born in Lyman, South Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lilly Bell and Elijah Briggs; her husband Emanuel O. Salters; her son Emanuel O. Salters, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Janeen Banks, Jermaine Jackson, Tiffany and Stephanie Salters. She was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
