It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen A. Hamer of Atco, New Jersey, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen A. Hamer to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hamer and Margaret Hamer; his brother Roger Hamer; and his nephew Kenneth Hamer. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Hamer; his children, Scott Hamer (Deana), Amanda Jessup (Todd) and Laura Skillen (Daniel); his grandchildren, Morgan, Joshua Hamer and Hailey Skillen; his sister-in-law Barbara Hamer; and his mother-in-law Winifred Burchalewski. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory (441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
