He is survived by: his wife Geraldine M. Fanelle; his children, Dominick, Robert and Gina Marie Fanelle Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Matthew Hoffman, Veronica Fanelle, Alexandria Fanelle, Louis Fanelle, Ayden Fanelle, Michael Hoffman, Amanda Hoffman Wilcox and Corbin Hoffman.
