She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Czerwonka; her children, John "Jack" M. Czerwonka (Christina), Cheryl Matteson (Christopher), Patricia Czerwonka Langella (Christopher), Karen Simek (Jeffrey) and James Czerwonka (Kristen); her grandchildren, Alex Matteson (Bridget), Gianni Langella, Kaitlyn Matteson, Matthew Simek, Eric Czerwonka, Silas Matteson, Jack Matteson, Lylah Czerwonka, Ella Czerwonka, Christian Simek and Carly Simek; and her great grandchildren, Anna Matteson and Daniel Matteson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
