She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank W. Wainwright and Margaret Wainwright; and her siblings, Peggy Weaver and Ronnie Wainwright. She is survived by: her husband Edward S. Kwiatkowski; her children, Diana Kwiatkowski (Rodney Rickenbach), Michael Kwiatkowski (Monica Stevens) and John Kwiatkowski (Lisa Kwiatkowski); her siblings, Gary Wainwright, Dale Wainwright (Maggie), Jack Wainwright (Marilyn) and Cheryl Little; and her grandsons, Frank Kwiatkowski, Kyle Kwiatkowski and Patrick Stevens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
